In northern Gaza, an Israeli strike targeted a house near the Abu Al-Qumsan Mosque, resulting in multiple deaths and injuries, the Palestinian WAFA news agency reported on Sunday.
“In Khan Yunis province, southern Gaza, the eastern regions of the Al-Fakhari town were subjected to Israeli artillery shelling, causing further fatalities and injuries among the local citizens.”
A number of Palestinians, moreover, were killed when Israeli occupation forces opened fire on civilians waiting for aid at the Kuwait roundabout in northern Gaza, added the source.
This was simultaneous with artillery shelling affecting the eastern and southern regions of Gaza City, east of Deir al-Balah, and the northern areas of the Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Strip.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has so far resulted in over 30,960 reported fatalities, most of whom are children and women, with an additional 72,524 documented injuries.
